Instructions for participants

Contributed talks

Regular talks are 20 minutes long, including time for questions and answers. All presentations will be done with a laptop computer using an LCD projector. A one-page abstract is requested for the contributed talks.

IGA software session

We would like to focus one of the contributed sessions on IGA software. The idea would be to present your own advanced isogeometric software provided that it offers enough functionalities and could be made available to other researchers (with an open source, free or commercial licence). This session will take a form similar to a poster session to showcase your software and allow more time for discussion with potential users and/or contributers. It is possible to submit an abstract in this session even if you have already done so in regular sessions. Please do not hesitate to contribute to this original session! To do so, you need to submit a one-page abstract and choose the IGA software session in the abstract submission form.

The IGA software session will take place in a large single room. Each presenter will have a poster stand, a table and electrical outlet for showcase on a computer. We are working to provide screens and/or projectors for the participants.
