A block of rooms has been reserved at preferential rate at the Lyon Metropole 4-star Hotel. The conference will also take place at this location.

As the hotel is not well served by public transport, participants are strongly encouraged to stay there.

Booking of a room at the preferred rate can be done when registering for the conference, payment will be done at the hotel when you check-in.

The following booking options are available:

• Confort room single occupancy with breakfast : 155€ per night VAT included + 2.5€ tax per person per day. 
• Confort room double ocupancy with breakfast : 175€ per night VAT included + 2.5€ tax per person per day. 

Most confort rooms have only one queen or king bed, a few twin room (with two single bed) are available upon request.

Comfort rooms are full of amenities like high-quality linens, TV with Canal + package, bathrobe and slipper sets for your relaxing visits to the spa, and a courtesy tray.
A complete range of high-quality facilities combine with the relaxing environment of the Saône River banks or the Olympic-size swimming pool visible through your window.

Preferred rate includes breakfast and access to the olympic-size outdoor swimming pool. Access to the spa Lyon Plage and its 2,500 m² of wellness facilities (swimming pool, saunas and steam bath, an open-air hydrotherapy circuit, fitness suite, and more) is possible with an additional fee payable on site.
